Organogram
Union Parishad is formed with 1 chairman and 12 members. The structure of the union parishad has been shown below, showing the changes that have been brought to the constitution structure of the present Union Parishad.
1. Chairman         : There will be a Chairman of the Union Parishad and he will be elected by the direct voters of the union.

2. General Members  : 9 members from 9 wards will be elected directly in the Union Parishad.

3. Reserved Member  : 3 seats in the Union Parishad will be reserved for women. Female members 
                      Every 3 wards will be elected by direct vote of one person on 1 basis.
